Our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh is designed for all of these reasons. Set in the spiritual heart of India, this training combines traditional Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, and Teaching Methodology into a comprehensive 24-day immersion.
With a maximum of only 15 students per course, Rohit Yoga Academy offers a highly personalized learning experience where every student receives individual guidance, mentorship, and support.

Surya Namaskar A and B, breath synchronization, foundational sequencing, concentration, consistency, and self-observation.
Breath
Breath awareness, nervous system regulation, energy, attention, and the relationship between breath, mind, and practice.
Stillness
Concentration, observation, inner steadiness, guided meditation, and practical tools for self-awareness.
Study
Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Bhagavad Gita, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Eight Limbs of Yoga, ethics, and yogic concepts.
Safety
Functional anatomy, movement patterns, joint function, breath physiology, nervous system regulation, and practical application.
Teaching
Class structure, sequencing, verbal cueing, demonstrations, observation, modifications, classroom presence, and teaching confidence.
Guidance
Common alignment patterns, safe support, consent, professional boundaries, and intelligent hands-on assistance.
Integration
Supervised teaching practice, constructive feedback, peer learning, and gradual development of confidence.

Hatha Yoga & Alignment
Ananya brings a calm, detail-oriented approach to Hatha Yoga, alignment, modifications, and posture observation. Her classes help students understand practice through steadiness, breath, and intelligent movement.
Pranayama & Meditation
Meera teaches breathwork and meditation with patience and clarity. Her sessions focus on nervous system balance, inner steadiness, concentration, and the practical relationship between breath and awareness.
Yoga Philosophy
Arjun makes classical yoga philosophy accessible without reducing its depth. His classes explore the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, and yogic ethics in a way students can reflect on and apply.
Anatomy & Methodology
Kavita supports students in functional anatomy, sequencing, cueing, teaching practice, and classroom confidence. Her teaching connects body awareness with practical skills for safe yoga instruction.
